WELCOME TO
Linbrook Hall

Tucked into the heart of North Carolina’s picturesque countryside, Linbrook Hall stands as a modern estate built with timeless character. Construction began in 2001 and was completed in 2004, after 3 years of planning and design. Inspired by Jeffersonian architecture and the grand homes of Europe, Linbrook Hall was originally envisioned as a private residence. Its soaring columns, handcrafted moldings, and imported finishes were selected with care to reflect a deep love for history and hospitality. But for Jerry and Linda Neal, the vision for Linbrook Hall was always greater than simply building a home.
The Heart Behind
Linbrook:
A House for Giving
The concept of a “Giving House” inspired the Neals to build Linbrook Hall not as a showpiece, but as a place of purpose. The Giving House was designed large enough to host charitable events and support causes close to the owner’s heart. In fact, Linbrook Hall was never lived in—by design. From the very beginning, the Neals envisioned it not as a residence, but as a place dedicated to hospitality, generosity, and service. They have welcomed thousands of guests for fundraisers and events benefitting organizations like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Victory Junction. Linbrook Hall’s design balances grandeur with warmth, making every visitor feel welcome and inspired.
“We never moved in because we felt it was meant for something bigger than us.”
-Jerry D. Neal
